Returns

Refunds
Refunds at Dharohar are subject to the following conditions:
- Refud Procesing Time: 7 to 10 Days
- If the product is unavailable and the payment was already made, a full refund will be issued.
- If the product was damaged on delivery, customers may be asked to share a picture of the damaged product for verification. Upon confirmation, a refund will be processed.
- If the product was lost in transit and the delivery remained incomplete, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations
Dharohar reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason. This may include but is not limited to, issues with inventory, pricing errors, or concerns regarding the authenticity of the order. In some cases, we may require additional information to process your order.
